A letter from the owner
Why I started Helping Hands
I'm Aaron, owner of Helping Hands Heating & Cooling. I've spent years working in HVAC here in the Valley, and over the last few of them I watched the industry change in a way I didn't like.
Private equity firms have been acquiring local HVAC companies across Phoenix. The name and the trucks stay the same, but the priorities change. Experienced technicians are replaced with less experienced ones, prices rise, and sales targets begin to drive recommendations. Homeowners pay more for less, and are sometimes sold equipment they do not need.
I started Helping Hands to offer the alternative: competent, accountable service from experienced technicians, with pricing you approve in writing before work begins.
We are based in Glendale and serve homeowners across the West Valley and Greater Phoenix, including Peoria, Surprise, Scottsdale, Goodyear and Paradise Valley. We live here as well, and we understand what a system failure in a Phoenix summer means for a household.
Thank you for considering Helping Hands. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your business.
