Which part of the Valley do you reach fastest?
Glendale, followed by Peoria and the Phoenix neighborhoods that border Glendale. Most of our work is within a 30-minute drive of our base in the 85302 area, and Surprise and Scottsdale receive same-day service on most calls as well. During peak summer demand we provide an accurate estimate of the earliest available window when you book.
Do you serve Sun City, Sun City West and the other retirement communities?
Yes. Sun City and Sun City West are a short drive from Glendale, and Sun City Grand in Surprise and Westbrook Village in Peoria are part of our regular routes. We are familiar with the rooftop package units common in these communities and with the age of much of the original equipment.
Do you work in HOA communities?
Yes. Many of the neighborhoods we serve, from Arrowhead Ranch to DC Ranch and Vistancia, have architectural guidelines for equipment placement and screening. On a replacement we follow the association's placement and screening rules and provide the documentation it requests.
Do you service rooftop units on small commercial buildings across these cities?
Yes. Our CR-39 license is dual residential and commercial, and we service rooftop package units on shops, restaurants and small offices in all five cities and the surrounding communities. The diagnostic and written-price process is the same as it is for a home.

JUST CALL THEM! I messaged Aaron due to an AC leaking emergency. He was not only helpful in getting my problem fixed and our AC working again, but helped coordinating support for other concerns we had with our leak.
