All I can say is, God is Good!! He sent us the most amazing two helping hands-angels!!

After dealing with another company that was price gouging me so bad they almost had me convinced they were breaking my AC just to charge me, I started praying and searching.

We were referred to Dominic by my fiancés Colleague. We called them immediately and not only did Aaron & Dominic give me a peace of mind and help save my perception of the other company, (minus their horrific prices), He got my AC up and running The very next day!

But Aaron Didn’t just come out to get my AC back up and running, he made sure we were ok. He even went as far to leave me with a portable AC while they ordered the parts, as I had been melting in this house for four days before finding them.

Aaron went to the lengths to find the unit that I had but a newer model And only charged me 1/3 of what the other company was going to charge me.

Most companies would’ve said like the other company did, they don’t make this unit anymore so we’re going to have to change everything. No, not Aaron & Dominic. They did whatever they could to find a brand new model that would still be compatible with my existing system.

A few days later, I noticed the thermostat was acting a little funny. So I text Aaron and unfortunately, he was on vacation. It was a Saturday, so I thought, of course he couldn’t help me, especially since he wasn’t even in this state… Yeah right!

He stopped everything he was doing to troubleshoot with me, then got ahold of Dominic to come to my house on a SUNDAY, to properly diagnose what was happening. The issue actually turned out to be the same old issue I had with my damper sticking. Monday rolled around, it’s fixed, and my home is more comfortable than ever.

I actually even trusted them enough to purchase a new smart thermostat, because I finally felt at peace that I had GOOD HONEST people working on and in my home and weren’t taking advantage. Normally I would have ordered one myself and probably got electrocuted. But hey, it’s the principal sometimes! I’d rather burn myself than let a crook do it, right! 😹

On more personal note… God has blessed me with a beautiful home. A lot of times people see that and think, “they’re good, they can afford it”. However, even though God did good! Financially, that is not the case. I had actually gotten sick a year ago to the month, after suffering a miscarriage, and haven’t been able to work since then.

Aaron and Dominic didn’t know this, I only shared with them my experience with the other company and that I was having a hard time trusting this whole process, especially after what the other company charged me a few years back to change out a few things. I didn’t even tell them I couldn’t afford what the other company was charging, I just told them the truth that something didn’t feel right about their prices.

Aaron said, ok, let me run my diagnostic, came back, and said, “I have good news and I have not so good news. The good news is, they were right about what they saw and it doesn’t look like it’s anything they did, so that’s good!”.

At that moment, I knew that Aaron was an honest man with integrity. And he had my business regardless.

I will forever be grateful for these two, I pray their business does nothing but thrive. They deserve every blessing in this world. Kindness and honesty is hard to come by, and them being phenomenal at what they do, was just icing on the cake.

We found Helping Hands through a referral. We had been dealing with an ongoing issue with our AC unit installed by another company that was unresponsive. When I called Helping Hands, there was an immediate response and appointment scheduled. From there, Aaron came over, identified multiple issues, came up with a fix and got to work.
