Information we collect
When you submit the service request form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, city, the service you are requesting and an optional message describing the problem. The form is delivered directly to our team so the request can be scheduled.
When you call or text (602) 456-1464, we receive your phone number and the content of the conversation. During a service visit we may record the address where the work is performed, the equipment on site, the diagnostic findings and the work you approved. These records are part of the invoice and warranty file for the job.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, schedule an arrival window, perform and document the work, provide written pricing and estimates, register equipment warranties, and keep the business records that Arizona contractors are required to maintain. We may also contact you about a scheduled visit, an open estimate, or a maintenance visit you have asked us to plan.
Text messages and phone calls
Calls and text messages to and from (602) 456-1464 are used only to schedule and perform service. Texting is opt-in: we text you only after you have texted us first or asked us to reach you by text. Our replies are limited to your request, such as confirming an arrival window, sending a technician en-route notice, or answering a question about an estimate.
We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Reply STOP at any time to end text messages from us, or call (602) 456-1464 and ask to be contacted by phone only.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics places cookies in your browser and collects anonymised usage data such as the pages you view, the approximate region you are visiting from, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site. This data is not used to identify you personally. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Our web hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which record the IP address, requested page, timestamp and browser type for each request. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers we rely on to operate the site and deliver your messages, such as our web host, form delivery service, telephone carrier and analytics provider. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.
- With an equipment manufacturer when we register a warranty in your name.
- When required by law, subpoena, court order or a lawful request from a government authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Helping Hands, our customers or others.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide service and to maintain accurate business, tax, warranty and licensing records. Invoices and estimates are retained for the periods required by Arizona law and by equipment manufacturers for warranty purposes.
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a company email account with restricted access. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep by law. Send your request by email to aaron@helpinghandsair.com or by phone to (602) 456-1464. We will confirm your identity before releasing or deleting information and respond within a reasonable time.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may decline analytics cookies through your browser settings as described above.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are directed at homeowners and property managers, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. Any revision will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a revision is posted means you accept the updated policy.
